At Manyu International, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased from our website.

  • Because these are digital photographs, there may be subtle differences in the color tone of the actual goods compared to the images on the website. This is due to the monitor settings of each device.
  • Please make sure you understand all of the product information before placing an order. If you require any additional information, please contact us at We will explain it to you in as much detail as possible. Once you have received the agreed-upon product in excellent condition, personal liking, sizing, or unsuitability for a product is not acceptable for RETURN/REPLACEMENT.

2. Returns and Exchanges

2.1 Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

– The request for a return or exchange must be made within 2 days from the date of delivery.
– The product(s) must be in their original, unused, and unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
– Custom-made or personalized products are typically not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless they are defective or damaged.
– Some products, such as intimate apparel or items marked as non-returnable, are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please check the product description for specific details.

– Handmade Bags are specifically made against order, so it is not eligible for return for “dislike of colors / design / size”

2.2 Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our Customer Support team at or+91 74068 35576 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. Complete the return form provided by our team.
3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging along with the return form.
4. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
5. Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Support team.

2.3 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

2.4 Refunds and Exchanges

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product(s), we will process your request as follows:

– For eligible returns, a store credit will be issued. Please allow 7 business days for the store-credit to appear in your account.
– For eligible exchanges, we will ship the new item to you once we receive and inspect the returned product(s).

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Support team immediately. We will provide further instructions on returning the item and offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.

5. Policy on Cancellation

  • The order can be cancelled only within 2 hours after being placed, with associated cancellation fees, and not after we begin processing it. Cancellation fees of 8% on the order value will be charged by the payment gateway for forward and reverse transactions.
  • To cancel, send an email to with your order number.
    Shipped orders that are delayed due to courier business or external causes such as rains, natural catastrophes, pandemic restrictions, or lockdown cannot be cancelled.
